What are the main differences between 14mm, 16mm, and 13mm?

Flow uses a 14mm profile for a streamlined, responsive feel. Force, Ripple, and Dagger use 16mm profiles for a more substantial, controlled feel. Spectrum uses a 13mm fiberglass construction intended for easy, comfortable first rallies. The right choice depends on the feedback and handling you prefer.

What materials are used in Tazzy paddles?

Flow, Force, Ripple, and Dagger use T700 carbon fiber faces with a textured finish and polymer honeycomb cores. Spectrum uses a fiberglass face and polypropylene core. Review each product’s technical specification table for its exact configuration.

How much does shipping cost?

US shipping starts at $4.99. Orders shipping within the US that meet the $59 threshold qualify for free standard shipping. Available shipping options and final charges are shown at checkout before payment.

When will my order ship and how can I track it?

We process orders as quickly as possible. Once your order has been handed to the carrier, you will receive tracking details by email. Carrier transit times are estimates and can vary by destination, weather, and peak periods.

Can I change or cancel an order?

Contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. We can review change or cancellation requests before fulfillment begins, but cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed or handed to the carrier.

What if my order arrives damaged, incorrect, or appears lost?

Contact us promptly with your order number, photographs of the item and packaging where applicable, and a short description of the issue. We will review the case and provide the appropriate next steps.

What is the return policy?

Tazzy offers a 30-day return window from delivery for unused items in their original condition and packaging. Please contact support before sending an item back. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable where applicable.

What does the warranty cover?

Tazzy offers a 6-month limited warranty to the original purchaser for manufacturing defects. Contact support with your order number, photographs, and a short description so we can review your request. Normal wear, cosmetic wear, accidental damage, misuse, modifications, and damage caused by improper storage are not covered.

Why does a carbon fiber paddle face show light marks or residue?

Textured carbon fiber faces can collect ball fibers, court dust, and surface residue during play. This is common on high-friction raw or woven carbon surfaces and does not necessarily indicate face damage.

How do I clean and care for a textured carbon fiber paddle?

Use a clean, lint-free microfiber cloth lightly dampened with water to gently wipe the face, edge, and handle, then allow the paddle to air dry. For dry residue on a raw or textured carbon face, use a non-abrasive cleaning block made specifically for carbon fiber paddles in gentle circular motions.

Avoid soaking or rinsing the paddle under running water, harsh chemicals, solvents, abrasive sponges, and stiff brushes. Keep the paddle dry, store it at room temperature, and do not leave it in a hot or freezing car. A protective cover helps reduce accidental scratches during transport.

Can I use Tazzy paddles in sanctioned pickleball events?

Before entering a sanctioned event, check the organizer’s current equipment rules and approved-paddle list. Requirements can change, and event organizers make the final determination.
