1. General Questions

Do you offer a warranty?

Yes! All our paddles come with a 6-month limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. This does not cover normal wear, surface scratches, or damage from misuse.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order on our website or on the carrier's website.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

We try to process orders as quickly as possible, but if you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate your request.

Do you have a physical store?

Currently, we do not have a physical store. However, we do offer free shipping and free returns, so you can try our products risk-free.

Are Tazzy paddles good for beginners?

Yes. While our paddles are designed for advanced play, their lightweight design and forgiving sweet spot make them beginner-friendly. 

What is the material of this product?

What makes Tazzy paddles different?

How Do I Clean and Maintain My Pickleball Paddle?

To keep your Tazzy paddle in peak condition:
    •    Rinse the surface gently with clean water after play to remove dust or dirt.
    •    Wipe dry with a soft non-woven cloth to prevent scratches.
    •    Avoid prolonged exposure to extreme heat, cold, or moisture.
    •    Use a paddle cover during transport or storage.
    •    Do not strike the ground or hard surfaces.

 

Are your paddles USAPA approved?

Our paddles are designed to fully meet all USAPA standards for size, weight, materials, and performance. While we haven’t applied for the official USAPA certification yet due to the high cost for a young brand, we’re already preparing to start the certification process soon. You can be confident that our paddles perform at the same level as certified models.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping time varies depending on your location and the shipping method you choose. Most orders arrive within 7–15 business days.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship worldwide from our fulfillment centers.

Do you offer free shipping?

 Yes, we currently offer free shipping to most regions. Some locations are excluded due to higher logistics costs. If your shipping address is in a non-eligible area, our customer service team will contact you to confirm the shipping fee before your order is processed.
