FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
1. Are your paddles USAPA approved?
Our paddles are designed to fully meet all USAPA standards for size, weight, materials, and performance.
While we haven’t applied for the official USAPA certification yet due to the high cost for a young brand, we’re already preparing to start the certification process soon. You can be confident that our paddles perform at the same level as certified models.
2. What materials do you use for your paddles?
We use premium raw carbon fiber surfaces combined with foam-filled honeycomb cores, manufactured using thermoformed one-piece molding for maximum durability, control, and power.
3. How long will my paddle last?
With normal recreational use, our paddles typically last 12–18 months before showing significant wear. Professional or heavy players may see signs of wear sooner, especially on the hitting surface.
4. Do you offer a warranty?
Yes! All our paddles come with a 6-month limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. This does not cover normal wear, surface scratches, or damage from misuse.
5. How do I care for my paddle?
Avoid leaving it in extreme heat or cold. Store it in a paddle cover or bag when not in use. Wipe the surface with a damp cloth after play to remove dust and dirt.
6. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping times vary by location, but most orders arrive within 7–15 business days.
7. Can I return or exchange my paddle?
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If your paddle is unused and in its original packaging, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.
8. Which paddle should I choose?
We offer paddles for different playing styles:
-
Control series – great for precision and softer shots.
-
Power series – ideal for aggressive players who want strong smashes.
-
Balanced series – a mix of both, suitable for most players.
9. I’m new to pickleball. Will your paddles work for beginners?
Absolutely! Our paddles are designed for players of all levels, from beginners to professionals. Many first-time players love how easy it is to control and generate spin with our paddles.
